We try our best to make sure our games work for everyone, but sometimes we miss something.  If you are having problems with crashes, please help us out by sending in your crash report files.

The crash report files are stored on your iPhone or iPad until you sync with iTunes.  After you sync, look in the following place to find the crash reports for the apps that are crashing for you.  The files are named starting with the name of the app (followed by some gobbledygook), such as something like “PuzzleJewelsXL_2011-02-09-133357_My_iPad.crash”

• If you are using a Mac:
  <YOUR HOME FOLDER>/Library/Logs/CrashReporter/MobileDevice/<DEVICE NAME>

• If you are running Windows XP:
  C:\Documents and Settings\<USERNAME>\Application Data\Apple computer\Logs\CrashReporter\<DEVICE NAME>

• If you are running Windows Vista:
  C:\Users\[USERNAME]\AppData\Roaming\Apple computer\Logs\CrashReporter\MobileDevice\<DEVICE NAME>

Where “USERNAME” above is the login name on your computer, and DEVICENAME is the name of your iThing that shows up in iTunes.
